As the Principal of the Gillach Group, Mary brings 15 years of consulting and executive management experience. As a new broker in 2001, she quickly built a sustainable and successful practice. Based on a professional services model, her team is comprised of field assistants, sales agents, marketing specialists and administrative staff. The result of which is a team aligned to seamlessly meet the needs of our clients – busy, accomplished, smart folks who need to buy the perfect home – or sell their current one in the most profitable and painless way possible. Our team is steeped in the vagaries of residential real estate, so you don’t have to be!

Joe joined The Gillach Group after a successful 35-year career within the global consulting industry. Joe served as an executive with IBM, KPMG, CSC and Sapient. He uses his professional skills for problem solving, relationship building, understanding the economy, market research, negotiation and deal management in all his real estate activities. Joe believes in working proactively to identify real estate opportunities and to expedite their sales, purchases and closing processes for his clients.
Joe is a lifelong resident of the Boston area and has lived in West Newton for the past 25 years. He has been a local real estate investor for years, primarily in the Boston condominium market. He was educated at BC High and graduated from Boston College with a BA in History and went on to earn an MBA. Joe enjoys spending time outside, including taking long walks with his dog and working in the garden.
Buying her first home with her husband in the Boston suburbs ignited Noha’s interest in real estate. Meeting new people and helping clients find the right house to call home is her passion. She strives to be someone in whom her clientele and colleagues can put their trust and faith. Every transaction, she believes, is always about the customer. “You are the driver, I am the passenger who’s there to guide, educate, and provide the best service possible.” She knows how to listen and is generous in offering information. While Noha is a strong negotiator and advocate for her clients, she is just as much a compassionate, friendly, humorous partner who eases a process that can often be quite stressful.
Raised in Maryland, she graduated from University of Maryland with a degree in Communications/Public Relations. Noha currently lives in Winchester and in her free time is busy baking, reading, and spending time with her loving husband and two energetic sons.

As the longest standing member of our team, Karly displays an amazing loyalty and dedication to her job and our clients! As one of our office-based team members, she shepherds the mountains of paperwork associated with each transaction, making sure all deadlines are met to protect our buyers and sellers’ interests. In addition to transaction management, Karly assists with our databases as well as tracking and providing preferred vendor resources for clients. Karly’s many years of real estate experience remain a huge asset to every one of our deals.
Karly, a former competitive swimmer, is a graduate of Keene State College where she majored in Elementary Education. Her love for organization and house hunting makes her a perfect fit for real estate. In her spare time, she enjoys staying fit, reading a good book and spending time with her family.
